Dr Anand Shroff conducts workshops in advanced laser surgery to train doctors at an International level for wavefront procedures. He is invited as faculty to train doctors in wavefront LASIK technology and its applications, in India and Europe.
He has India's largest experience with flying spot technology on both the WaveLight Allegretto & the Bausch & Lomb Technolas 217 Z [Zyoptix]. He has performed over 7500 surgeries for moderate to high degrees of myopia, hyperopia and astigmatism by LASIK.

Cataract surgery by phacoemulsification with foldable/multifocal IOL implantation under topical anaesthesia.
Proficient in YAG laser procedures, Argon laser, A & B scan, IOL Master [laser A scan] Computerised perimetry [Full threshold, SITA, SWAP], Strabismus surgeries, lid surgeries, Corneal diseases and Keratoplasty [penetrating and deep lamellar], ocular surface disease.
Laser ablation of eyelid and eyelash abnormalities, pterygium excision with autografts.
Bombay Hospital Institute of Medical Sciences: Associate Honorary Consulting Surgeon & Glaucoma / Keratoplasty Specialist 1997 –2003 Conducted a Glaucoma Clinic at the Taparia Institute of Ophthalmology.
Initiated the formation of the Eye Bank and programs for eye donation within the hospital.
